Commercial transport of palletized freight is widely known to be the most cost-effective method of shipping.   Business shippers of all sizes utilize this method when shipping manufactured goods to their customers.   Traditionally, access to this shipping option was reserved to "Business" customers with the resources to "palletize" their freight for transport.   This requirement always left "residential" shippers with limited options when it came to shipping larger quantities of goods long distances.

Common Questions regarding Our Palletize Service

What Type of items will you ship?

We ship any pieces that will safely fit on a standard 48" x 40" pallet (with a max height of 60")
The weight / dimensional characterisitcs of the items must be that which can be handled by a single driver. We highly recommend that customers try place their goods in boxes or plastic totes of their choosing to make stacking of the goods possible. *In some locations we can provide pallets up to 96" in length.

Will you package my goods?

Generally we only secure your goods to a pallet.   Pieces that can't be packaged by the customer (too large/awkward) will be secured to a pallet and shrinkwrapped.   Our team will load and strap freight to a pallet, however, no additional packaging will be provided.

Will you pickup goods inside my house?

As a general rule we do not enter private residences to pickup items.   items loacated near the threshold (front-door) of a home are fine, however, the items must be readily available for the driver.

What happens at delivery?

We offer curb-side delivery only.   This means once your freight is palletized it will deliver on a pallet into your driveway or wherever the truck can access to effect delivery at your home or business.   It is important to note that the delivery driver will not "un-package" the pallet or wait for the goods to be un-packaged.
